But in between those phrases is nothing just gobbledygook 🤦‍♀️🍿

I don't repeat key DEI phrases. My response to DEI gobbledygook is much shorter, only two letters. "No." Maybe that's why I'm not "in", but if so, I'm okay with that. I have no desire to be anywhere close to anything involving DEI, because that's just a local microcosm of Hell.
