someone close to here put an airboat fan on a Navy Seal hard hull inflatable and attached a parafoil to it. saw them flying across the bay.

I was distracted earlier, I had a bunch of people over for dinner. Looking at it again, why does it look like a bodybag? I don’t see a person.
