It makes me smile — bitterly — when packaged food shouts on the label what it doesn’t contain.
As if removing one ingredient could give it back a soul.

The problem isn’t just palm oil.
It’s the idea that food has to be fixed, adjusted, reassured.

If something is truly natural, it doesn’t need slogans.
It needs a few ingredients. Recognizable ones. That’s it.

Less noise on the package.
More substance on the plate.
