Update: After the CashApp fiasco got *somewhat* resolved, I decided to not post about it publicly anymore. I sent @miles 🌞 a DM instead.
Last week, Casey emails me out the blue to answer a question that was never answered previously. 🤦♀️ I honestly can’t make this up. I didn’t even post the email and tag @jack and @miles 🌞 .
I then receive an email on May 10 asking for feedback regarding my most recent CashApp experience. I was honest. Then today, CashAppResearch wants more feedback. Great. I’m all for it. I want to see improvements. But wait. $3 for my time. Come on #CashApp. Is my valuable time for feedback only worth $3? I’ve completed the survey. Hopefully, they’ll value my feedback and make improvements for a better customer experience. Now I wait for up to two weeks for $3. 🥴
