Bike tire is doing this but is not leaking air somehow. Is this more of a “don’t ride the bike until the tire is replaced” situation or more of a “ride until you start losing air” situation?

The only bike shop within walking distance is extremely dishonest and I don’t have a bike rack for my car so it’s a pain all around (do not know how to change a tire and also would rather not learn to be quite honest)
