So a job. I define work differently, working out for instance or working towards your goals, or working things out with a friend. Work is good.

Then I agree. Jobs with wages will trend towards zero. I see entrepreneurial activity up though. Hard workers will not work less, they'll just be orders of magnitude more productive.
