As I sit here enjoying Blues Brothers : Made in America recording I have to wonder are live recodings still something that is released? I will certainly date myself I say some of my all time favorites are : Cheap Trick : Live at Budukon, Thin Lizzy : live and dangerous, Allman Brothers : Fillmore . And of course the greatest rhythm and blues band from the late 70's Jake and Elwood Blues and the Blues brothers band
