2/3 multisig in an Unchained IRA vault with 2 cc mk4s, no spends ever and *probably* dice rolled keys (100+ rolls). No extra non-coldcard hw wallets on hand to quickly swap keys - new trezor is ordered but looking at 3 days for shipping. Send the coins to sparrow and eat the IRA early withdrawal penality ($10K+), or wait for the trezor?

all comes down to if you actually did the dice rolls or not. You could also do the 100+ dice rolls now with the cold card/s you have
