Same thing happened in Florida the other day around 3AM. 🤔

I must wonder... If there is any way to dispatch that dialog and resume normal use of your device other than to click OK, letting them record that and when you responded to their muster. 🤔

They did this in the United States during Covid - I was able to go into settings and disable it, you can probably do the same Govt can get bent with the fear mongering (and everything else it does)

Already turned off these alerts on my phone.
