While browsing earlier, I saw our HR share this, and I have to admit, it was a nice reminder. We spend so much of our time showing up for work, family, and everyone else that we sometimes forget to show up for ourselves. A little reminder like this really goes a long way.

Now if only deadlines, bills, and responsibilities could read this too. 😂 They always seem to show up right when we're trying to catch our breath(ang galing timing e). Until then, I guess we'll just do our best to find those small moments to rest whenever we can.
