I have to re-credential with a company I contract with. Pretty standard, no problem, just a little time consuming. I need to list peer references. Again, standard ask.

BUT

It wants me to list a "start date" and "end date" for each reference. This isn't a question I have seen before. It's a mandatory field so I can't skip it.

What does this mean??
