Yesterday was my birthday, and I still can’t believe I’m almost 40! I’m not complaining, though. In fact, I feel incredibly blessed.

At 39, I may be dealing with type 2 diabetes and hypertension, but I’m doing my best to take better care of myself and become healthier. So far, both my FBS and RBS are looking good, and with the help of my medication, my blood pressure is also under control.

So, thank You, Lord God, for blessing me with another year of life. For every challenge You have given me, every lesson I’ve learned, and every unexpected blessing and surprise along the way, I owe everything to You.

Here’s to another year of growth, better health, and countless blessings.
