Say you are taking the family out to dinner, you could sell sats and LOSE 2-3% in fees.
Or, you could buy a gift card for wherever you are going and GAIN 2-3 and sometimes upto 8% back in sats automatically.
This is what I do, if i want to buy something on Amazon, I don’t give them my credit card, I just top up my Amazon balance with sats and get rewarded for doing it.
