My dog caught a rat and hurt it really badly. The animal care center is right by my house so I scooped him up, put him in a box, and took him to be put down. This has only happened one other time and it was much worse because I had to kill it personally. That was really too much for me. Even this experience makes me cry. I love all animals and it was hard to see it suffer. I just hate it.
