I've had this argument before, and I believe it boils down to semantics.
I, personally, believe that I have a V4V model. Others don't.
I provide an actual product for Sats. Others, like @corndalorian, provide content, and want to earn Sats for the time spent creating that content.
I'm not sure that there is a right or wrong answer there, depending on how you see it, according to how you interpret the definition of the words being used.

Imagine if you created soap and try to sell it on Nostr and no one wanted to pay for it. And then you complain it’s because people don’t care about V4V. The problem is you don’t make something valuable enough to get value in return. Make a better product (or content).

It’s not semantics tho. You sell a product for a price, where payment is sent and product is delivered. V4V content is posted without requiring a payment, with the understanding that some people who consume it will do so without providing any value in return, but also with the expectation that som...
