Gross! Sophos is just...removing regular search from their product in lieu of a model prompt.

As part of this upgrade, the existing “Search” capability in the Threat Analysis Center will be deprecated in August 2025 and replaced with the new “AI Search” feature.

The claim is this reduces the labor of writing in a query language. You know what? Query languages have predictable output. The magnetic-poetry-as-a-service engine does not.
