Still not able to understand what will I do with the bluetooth mesh chat if internet stops working and no one around me in 100 metres circle uses bluetooth.

You can talk to your family in the next room while you wait for internet to get back or wait for someone with a Bluetooth connection within the 100 meters. If there is an internet shutdown, be glad you download Bitchat.
