I'VE BEEN PRAYING TOO HARD -- AND I'M GOING TO STOP!

Seriously.

I have this bad habit of pressing too hard between my rosary beads and it's applying too much pressure at a weird angle to the first joint of my thumb.

My wife just recently had a surgery for "trigger thumb," and I think I'm experiencing some of the same symptoms she did early on. So I don't want to aggravate it.

Time to use the *pad* of my thumb. Gently.
