Just walking around my own neighbourhood, I would guestimate 80%+ of roofs have #PV panels installed.

Local hospital has panels up.
Most shopping malls around here has panels up.
A newly built 24h pharmacy has a shit load of panels installed from day 1.

So we are not China ito renewables installed, but dammit, we are doing our part down here, IN SPITE of current regulatory confusion and stupidity.
