we also already have streaming which could easily be integrated to a nostr tiktok copycat client.

tiktok live has became such a success for the company. we already have it, and better.

despite the dismay, tiktok nostr client would onboard a lot of people! just would be complicated. it’s such a deeply centralized, algorithmic based platform. more than all the other platforms tbh. it’s hard to think of how a decentralized version would work.

Storing and displaying video really aren't the things that need to be solved for a tiktok like platform. That's enough for a youtube clone, but that's not what tiktok is.
