LinkedIn is a cesspool of solicitation. I have zero regrets about deleting my account last year.

LinkedIn is horrible. It’s impossible to read any posts there. How all those people can be so excited about their corporate jobs and employers is mind boggling. An account there has been more or less a necessary evil, which obviously sucks.

I will probably delete it because I at some point I need to be verified.

I quiet-quit LinkedIn a few years ago. My next step will be to announce that I no longer engage there, and will post where folks can find me (Nostr, my websites, etc.). LinkedIn will do that for free for me. I don't yet see why I need to delete my account, but maybe that will come to me later. On t...
