I saw this property on my local marketplace and it blew my mind: 130 hectares of forest and a 700-square-meter, 9-bedroom house, all for $180,000.

I know it's a huge amount of money, even by first-world standards, but for what it's being sold for, it's incredibly "cheap." It blew my mind.
