I am aware of the efforts behind all the spinning plates, and the people behind them have the best intentions and have made some very cool things happen in podcasting.

What I am seeing, however, is a rapid decline in the in-app payments. I don't know enough about what's going on in the backend, but this thread caught my eye and makes me feel like it's not just my podcasts that have tanked in the Sats area, where other payment methods like the Cash App have gone way up.

There are constantly people claiming they don't get the bat signal. But, nobody seems to have a simple way to send those out. Editing RSS feeds manually this far in feels like a loss. The lack of documentation is depressing for anyone trying to get involved.

Chapters have been a great addition, and transcripts have added some SEO pluses, but outside of those two things, the rest is either very sporadic in terms of functionality or impossible for non-techs to learn.
