@nprofile1q... Ahh yeah forgot I have the gold disc release too. It was nice but the EQ is off. The album to look for, if you don't have it, is the copy of DSOTM for SQ/quadraphonic. That EQ on that vinyl release was the best.
Partially coz on CD they could pump up da booma booma to make the buyers happy. On the quad-sq disc they had to be careful with the levels. So it's more mmm... civilized and you can hear everything clearly. That's the only copy of DSOTM I enjoy at all these days.
