Why do we think throughout all of human history, the destiny of our species has been driven by charismatic leaders, those saying be the change you wish to see, studies on our mind and perception… That is what defines us as human beings. And that’s so empowering!

I do think we need to break down and distinguish successful smart people v the most successfull elit. There is also an element of narcissism, trampling over other humans which cannot be discounted. I'm not making a judgement on it. But it's simply not a philosophical "think positve" thing.
