TL;DR - N/A I have 8 magnetic trays around the garage (3 stuck to the garage door themselves with various screws and clamps) and a plastic Tupperware with all the random spares on my tool cart.

Jars in a drawer is the correct answer

BOTH, tub of screws and bolts and my shop, random baggies of screws at home in the drawer 😂

Mine is a pie tin.

In a jar. It's random and chaotic. As a repair has to be.

I have a clear organizer with about 30 small drawers, each drawer has random screws and bolts organized randomly
