This extends the common charger rules already in force for phones and tablets

The EU wants to slash electronic waste by roughly 11 000 tons each year and also buyers won’t have to buy so many chargers for every device which is incredible annoying

High-power devices like certain gaming laptops remain exempt from full USB-C exclusivity but are still required to include a working USB-C port.
