Interestingly I just installed the OpenClaw App on my Umbrel and configured it to use my Venice.ai API and the Claud 4.5 model.

Try using openrouter for it, you can use both of the models/providers you mentioned and try a bunch of other Open source ones.
Tip: in open router, check for provider preferences and select only the ones not Chinese and that don't use prompt data (Venice is one of them)
You can use Kimi, glm and a bunch of other good open models and retain privacy
