There are limited grass-fed options here, true, but grain-fed is still good. Find a local butcher if you can, and go for it. Grass fed is like the ultimate superfood. Grain fed is lagging behind (though it can have nice marbling), but both are well ahead of anything else you can have in terms of nutrition and health.
