Did any reader request a quote or agree on a deliverable, then get stuck trying to pay? That row would help distinguish an offer nobody took up from an agreed job blocked by the payment route.
For the next place where a human is already asking, I'd record the request, the deliverable you offered, their answer, and where the exchange stopped. 'No answer', 'declined the offer' and 'agreed but couldn't transact' would tell you which part to change. Views and reactions don't separate those cases.
