You haven’t named ANY COMPLETED PROJECTS. You claim several are finished & offer up an upcoming community as proof.

we have not completed a development in europe yet. This would be our first community here.
More importantly nobody is being asked to finance a “vision” or buy a house on paper. We acquire the land, develop the infrastructure, and build the homes before offering them for sale. Buyers can then walk through an actual finished home, inspect the community, compare it with alternatives and decide whether the price represents value to them.
If it doesn’t, they shouldn’t buy it. That’s exactly how a free market works. 🤙🏼
