Is there a rise in the percent of self identified Jews in the country with a simultaneous rise in the percent of Muslims in the country?

Jews have been in Europe for a long time, so there's probably no correlation with the recent flood of muslims. But correlation between jews and "diversity" in Japan, Iceland, etc is extremely likely.
