I built Wild RSS a few months ago to help spot issues in podcast RSS feeds. It's far from complete, but it validates against namespace specs, flags best practice issues, and catches things I've seen break in the wild. Deciding what's a warning vs an error is tricky though - what fails in one app might work just fine in another.
