I picked up a free TV today to replace my other one. As you may know, my 42” Panasonic plasma developed a vertical green line on the screen. RIP.
The new TV is a 37” Sylvania LCD from 2007. While it’s a slightly smaller screen and has a lower contrast ratio, it’s surprisingly good quality from a company mainly known for making light bulbs. It also has even more input and output options than the Panasonic despite being 3 years older.
Both sets have a 720p native resolution.
