My amendments to the constitution:

- Every regular law expires in 10 years.

- Congress must vote in each law/bill individually.

- Budget of each agency is voted separately.

- Maximum length of any bill is 10 pages.

- Bills must be presented in their final form 2 weeks before the vote.

- Maximum bills voted per day is 10.

First we need to understand how the Constitution of the Republic has been subverted, and we all have been unwittingly complying to all these nonsensical statutes that do not apply to us. Once we understand that, no amendments are needed.

10 pages is just preamble + motivation. But I like where you're going. Expiring provisions is actually **super underrated**. In the US, only bills that use the "senate reconciliation" procedure are expiring IIRC

Why would they suddenly follow the law though? They violate the constitution every second of every day. A few more amendments aint changing that.
