Not bad. Works out to about $8.80USD/lb…I got some bone in rib roasts (or fillet I guess as you call them) for $10/lb recently…but it’s American corporate farm slop…I processed 48.5 lb (22 kg) in to 36 steaks and gave the ribs to my friend along with the fat I trimmed and he gave me 1 qt rendered tallow. I should be good for the next month or two :)
