A really weird question for photographers who also know about taking photos using a phone:

How would one go about taking a GOOD selfie/photo of a sleeping person?

(The person is me, I have a sleep disorder but can't take good photos to save my life - and I really need a good photo for my author stuff and thought sleeping me is funny because I have a sleep disorder. :P)
