For me, Layer 1 must remain constant. It is the foundational layer from which everything else is built.

If it is to change, it should evovle slowly, predictably, and under high consensus, to remain credible and reliable.

Anything we create requires strong fundamentals, but true progress comes from layering complexity on top of that foundation.

The base layer of money, which underpins society’s time and energy, must be as fundamentally sound and consistent as possible.
