Yeah, private relays should do this. I'm going to experiment with one for Cheese Jr., so maybe y'all can test it and see. It probably does require you and your postybros to be on the same privacy wavelength so they don't just blast yer bidness everywhere.

To do that you'd need to censor the relay, some relays may choose to ignore such censorship, so one can never be sure blocking will actually work. Besides it is very easy to make a new Nostr account and bypass such restrictions.

You can ‘block’ people by being on your own relay that no one else has access to. Aside from that, I don’t think this is possible because the blocked would need to ‘opt-in’ to their own blockage. Or the Nostr client would need to block the user on your behalf, but would have no effect if...
