🫂 I refer to these situations as a consequence of freedom. Taking the responsibility of your own actions trades off the idea of controlling the actions of others. The more public you want to be, the more public you become. And vice versa. That's why hermits live in the woods... the self sacrifice...

Yeah, private relays should do this. I'm going to experiment with one for Cheese Jr., so maybe y'all can test it and see. It probably does require you and your postybros to be on the same privacy wavelength so they don't just blast yer bidness everywhere.

To do that you'd need to censor the relay, some relays may choose to ignore such censorship, so one can never be sure blocking will actually work. Besides it is very easy to make a new Nostr account and bypass such restrictions.

This is true, although I agree with people saying it’s a tradeoff of free speech. When you’re an anon to speak truth to power you’re cool. When you’re an anon to bs and take cheap shots you’re just another troll.

Can't wait to block you

If you don't want people to see things don't post them publicly. This is kind of like wanting to go outside and be invisible to only some people.
