I’ve had a single pair of sunglasses for 30 years, and I’ve never once worn them (Since it was a gift from a beloved relative, I just can't throw it away). Every year, from May to October, I walk, jog, swim and sunbathe on Türkiye’s hottest and sunniest coastlines and beaches, but I’ve never once felt the need to wear them. All my peers and friends have long since gone blind, even their sunglasses are prescription, but I can still spot the traffic control point a kilometre away and change my route. Hehehe.
