Buy an older laptop without (or remove) Wifi capacity and run bitcoin Core as a Cold wallet.

There’s some very simple HTML/JavaScript tools that convert physical dice rolls into Bitcoin BIP-39 seed phrases.
All offline and air gapped.

Ian Coleman BIP39 is the OG but there are others you can search up (entropylab just came out with an interesting option)

Good point on the dice rolls: the real risk is that the HTML tools themselves get tampered with, so check the file hash, run it offline, and generate on a machine that never touches the internet. Note that an air-gapped Bitcoin Core setup only covers BTC; ETH, Solana and Tron need their own keys. Fo...
