I was just looking at the protein my sister bought on Amazon and noticed that you need TWO scoops (70 grams total) to get the 32grams of protein advertised.

Here’s comparing the generic whey I buy in bulk that gives me 25 grams for ONE 33 gram scoop. (120 calories)
That’s like HALF filler in MM.

Here’s what’s making up the difference:

Maltodextrin and a non dairy creamer made from sunflower oil and more maltodextrin,

—That's where the 270 calories comes from. So not only is MM ripping you off, they’re feeding you seed oils and simple carbs.

I wouldn’t buy this type of thing on Amazon (something you ingest). Pay the extra from reputable sites. There are a lot of fakes on Amazon….

I understood muscle milk and whey isolate to be two distinct types of products serving two distinct purposes. in the same way it wouldn’t make sense to take a mass gainer if trying to cut, even though both could have same amount of protein seed oils are gay, but i don’t think it’s a scam, mo...
