Pink salt it's a one way ticket. Never again touched the damned table salt.
I use pink mixed with unrefined marine salt. Very good combo.
Shilajit, apparently is a resin coming out of rocks, water soluble and containing a lot of beneficial metals and minerals, and fulvic acid...
Reports state that it rejuvenates and gives vigour. It's also said that aids chelation and elimination of heavy metals and such as graphene.
