Multisig with all of them..

I use tangem cards or paper. Tangem = no seed phrase to worry about and multi-sig. I have mine distributed around the world, safe from government hands.

I have disposable 30$ trezor and generate the seed myself. Don’t spend 300$+ for a third party hardware to generate your seed, unless you want to indirectly sponsor an awesome podcast

If you do don’t plan to build a multivendor multisig with properly geographically distributed backups I would suggest a Bitkey.
