Talking politics with my family is incredibly frustrating. They're trapped in the Duopoly.
Right where the system wants them.
I’ve known and felt this since I was 9/10 years old. Back then it was the Nixon/Vietnam era (no internet, but plenty of white noise! See Don Delillo’s book from that time..we all “knew” what was going on with just tv/radio/newspaper). I never resonated with politics and never will. The tribalism takes away the nuance of humanity.
