I think it's already possible to set up LTC MWEB tips. Need to use Nostr clients that support payment targets and add your address. Amethyst, Dark Wisp, Ditto, Imwald...

click the zap icon on someones post like normal, and on the top left of the tip windows there will be a drop down menu to choose what you want to tip them in (if they added different payment methods of course)
