the state of nostr DMs: i have to DM 50 people. 75% were DMed on Signal. the other 25% i need to DM via nostr and im afraid they won't see it, so i am going to DM them on both NIP-04 and NIP-17 DMs.

I don't even know if I'm using 04 or 17, I don't really care, but I heard 04 is better because I can see who is dm-ing who, all I know is my DM is full of spam from bots and scammers
