How much of a right to free speech do we have if it takes years in court and hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fee's to get a 50/50 chance at it?

It shouldn't cost you nothing. All that "interpreting the constitution" is a lie created by the jews to deceive you into asking them permission for your own given rights.
The founding fathers were aware, which is why they wrote it clearly these are unaliable rights that you can use your own guns as a free man to defend from those who want to take it away.
Its an issue of weakness and fear, not of laws and misunderstandings. Your ancestors can't force you to stand up for yourself.
