I almost forgot that I had something cooking on the stove! The sauce had already dried up by the time I smelled it. 😅 It’s chicken adobo. It wasn’t burned, just dried up. The dark parts on top are from the soy sauce and oyster sauce. It just looks burned. Hahaha!
