I love cream cheese too. The most unconventional I've gotten with it though is with my breakfast "beggle" (bagel with egg).

I do a toasted bagel, put a little cream cheese on that, then a fried egg with a thin piece of ham in there. Sometimes I put hot sauce on it if I feel like a spicy breakfast. But yes - the cream cheese goes great with eggs and ham!
